About technology theatre

Many companies have technologies that are useful for mobility engineering and industry. However, they are not technical papers and hence they can not be accommodated in technical sessions. SAEINDIA has come up with this unique idea of Technology Theatre.

Technology theatre provides an opportunity for the companies to make presentations show casing their technologies. These presentations will be of very high technology orientation. The contents will be reviewed by a panel of experts in advance before they are cleared for presentation.

Duration and number of presentations

20 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes of interaction
14 presentations

Presentation contents

The presentation should have high level of technology content.
Company specific information may be included.
However, commercial information is not allowed.

Eligibility

The companies and institutions that have technologies that are relevant to the theme of the congress are eligible to make a technology presentation.

Registration process

The organizations interested in making presentations in technology theatre have to provide a write up to the organizing committee.

A panel of distinguished mobility practitioners will review the write up
Based on the acceptance of the panel, the presentation may be prepared.

The final presentation slides will once again be reviewed by the panel.

Last date for receipt of write-up: 15th August 2009
Decision by review panel: 31st August 2009
Submission of final presentation: 15th October 2009
Clearance of final presentation: 15th November 2009
